Kalavarda beach is a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the Villa. Famous for its amazing sunsets, kite surfing and fish restaurants and not a sunbed or parasol in sight. Kalavarde beach truly is a Greek piece of paradise.

Room Facilities:
A two story semi-detached Villa. The house has been designed to make the most of the sea and mountain views from every room.
Type:
Self catering, family holiday villa. Part of a small five property development in a quiet rural setting.
First Floor:
Sitting room with sliding doors out to the veranda, dining room, kitchen, WC and marble spiral staircase (enclosed), which leads to the ground floor.
Ground Floor:
Three double bedrooms and a bathroom/WC, along with two semi covered areas with outdoor dining furniture, hammock and access to the garden area.
Access & Parking:
Up a short unsurfaced track, accessed of quite road - An allocated car parking space at the side of Villa.
Kitchen / Dining:
4 ring hob, oven, microwave, babies microwavable steriliser, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Seating for 6 people, childs dining booster seat.
Services:
Air Conditioning, Maid service available on request (extra cost), all linen and towels provided (including beach towels), baby/toddlers maclaren pushchair and parasol, travel cot (available at no extra cost), hairdryer, beach parasol and beach mats.
Within the apartment there are local guide books & maps, games, reading books, variety of childrens toys.

Due to the layout of the property and the spiral staircase 'The Citrus House' MAY be UNSUITABLE for persons in wheelchairs or with mobility problems.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa.

Location:
Near by Kalavarda Village
A picturesque village (population 600) is built near the ruins of ancient Kamiros, it is a 15 minute stroll to a quite beach. Kalavarda is located about 35km (30 minute drive) from the capital of the island and a very convenient 15km (20 minute drive) from the airport.
From the village you can visit the ruins of ancient Kamiros, the valley of the butterflies and an Ostrich Farm.
The village and surrounding areas have some amazing restaurants that are welcoming and traditional. Often having no menus you get to sample a 'meze' of freshly cooked foods. Fanes located less than a five minute drive away has a pharmacy, butcher, small supermarket, bakers and a fruit and vegetable shop (often offering samples of freshly cooked cake).
The surrounding area has many small farms and local cottage industries selling ceramics, citrus fruits, cereals and olive oil.
